Booking.com, a world leader in online accommodation reservations, recognised Fuerte Hotels among those establishments with the highest ratings offered by hotel guests. All those hotels selected by Booking.com for this recommendation have received an average score above 8 from their guests. Participating guests have rated their experience on location, comfort, staff, cleanliness and facilities and services.
Likewise, the Fuerte Marbella (in Marbella) has been awarded the ‘HolidayCheck Quality Selection 2013’, which is based on ratings and opinions offered by guests on the online travel portal, HolidayCheck. Last month, this distinction was given to Fuerte Hotels in Conil-Costa Luz, Fuerte El Rompido, Fuerte Estepona and the Fuerte Apartments Calaceite in Nerja.
These “Quality Selection” certificates are awarded to those hotels that have received the highest ratings from their guests. Specifically, visitors rate their experiences based on 5 services offered by the hotel, with a maximum score of 6.
These recent awards add to others recently given to Fuerte Hotels for high customer satisfaction, including the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2013 and the ‘Zoover Highly Recommended 2013’ award, which also recognises tourist establishments rated by their users.
