The Hotel Fuerte Conil-Costa Luz and Fuerte Grazalema were selected among the seven best hotels in Spain for guest satisfaction from two German travel institutions.
The renowned, Marbella-based hotel group received two separate European-wide awards based on high customer satisfaction according to reviews and feedback offered by guests, according to date gathered by the Studiosus and Zoover Holiday Reviews web sites. These two German-based organizations offer some of the largest collections of traveller opinions the web has to offer.
First, the hotel group’s Fuerte Conil-Costa Luz and Fuerte Grazalema locations were selected to receive the Studiosus Quality Award 2012, with the tour operator recognizing the best hotels in Spain according to customer satisfaction surveys, placing the two Cadiz establishments among he seven top rated in the country.
The Fuerte Conil Costa Luz director Antonio Basallote responded to the award by saying he is “very satisfied with receiving the award again as it comes from the customers themselves.” The location has received the award each year since 2010. Basallote also noted that the location had recently been awarded the HolidayCheck, TopHotel and Red Star Awards as one of the ten most popular hotels in Europe.
The Hotel Fuerte Calaceite Awarded as ‘Highly Recommended’
Likewise, the Fuerte Calaceite, located between Torrox and Nerja, has been awarded the Zoover Holiday Reviews Highly Recommended Award 2013 for being one of the top rated hotels in Spain based on recommendations by their customers. They are the users of the travel portal Zoover Holiday Travel, which bases its award on opinions and comments left by guests.
