Fuerte Hoteles, chosen by HolidayCheck as one of the most popular hotels in the world

Following the recent award of the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, Fuerte Hoteles is once again the recipient of a prize – this time the prestigious HolidayCheck TopHotel 2014 award, given to the most popular hotels in the world based on positive opinions and comments left by guests on the HolidayCheck website.

The largest German language travel website has awarded this prize to Fuerte Conil – Costa Luz and Fuerte Estepona, which have become, among others hotels in the cost, the hotels with high ratings awarded by HolidayCheck travellers on the Costa de la Luz and Costa del Sol respectively.

The rest of the chain’s establishments, Fuerte Marbella, Fuerte Miramar (also in Marbella), Fuerte Calaceite Apartments (between Nerja and Torrox), Fuerte Grazalema and Fuerte El Rompido received the HolidayCheck Quality Selection 2014 prize, awarded to hotels that stand out due to good comments from guests.

These prizes are awarded to establishments that achieve recommendations in excess of 90% from guests and whose services are rated over 5 out of 6. They are also based on the number of comments. According to this website, this means that guests are satisfied by the high quality of the two hotels run by the Marbella chain.

In a statement, Georg Ziegler, director of HolidayCheck’s B2B Department, said that “both the hotel owners and especially their employees give the best of themselves on a daily basis to care for their guests and ensure their satisfaction; this is why we are awarding this prize to express our gratitude”. He ended by saying that this certificate shows that “guest satisfaction is their highest priority”.

In turn, José Luque, the chain’s managing director, wished to “once again express his thanks to guests who place their trust in Fuerte Hoteles, year after year. We receive their positive comments over the Internet and through our employees, which motivates us to continue to improve to ensure that their experience of the destination is a good as possible”.
