The Fuerte Hotel group’s exceptional Costa Luz location received the “Red Star” award by one of the largest German tour operators, designating the location as one of the 100 best hotels in the world.
The award is given in response for customer satisfaction reports, gathered over the last year, with Hotel Fuerte Conil-Costa Luz receiving high marks for service, luxury and care.
Germany’s ITS is one of the world’s leading tour operators. The reknowned hospitality group has awarded the “Red Star” to the Fuerte Conil-Costa Luz thanks to the “excellent” ratings given by guests, as reflected by surveys on the quality of services and the positive comments about the time spent at the hotel during vacation stays.
Meanwhile, Javier Sevilla, Commerical Director of Fuerte Hotels has been very pleased with the IHS recognition as the award reflects the feelings of “those guests staying at the hotel recognizing our commitment to quality.” Thus, “we started the season with a very positive attitude thanks to Easter season and the German market.”

As proud as the Fuerte Hotel group is to recive this ITS award, this is not the only recognition the Fuerte Conil-Costa Luz has received in recent months. The location was also recognized with the TopHotel 2013 award in January of this year. This award was given by HolidayCheck, the premier center of holiday opinions in Germany and presented at the International Tourism Fair in Berlin.
The Fuerte Hotel location in Conil is widly known as “one of the best options to stay in the Costa de la Luz thanks to excellent reviews from guests”, who recommending the hotel by 96% on HolidayCheck.
