Fuerte Hotels has been awarded the ‘Quality HolidayCheck Selection’ Award based on the opinions and ratings offered by its users. Fuerte Hotel Conil Costa Luz, Fuerte El Rompido, Fuerte Estepona and Fuerte Calaceit have all received this distinction according to the German website for comments that reflect “high quality and customer satisfaction”.
HolidayCheck is a leading travel portal that provides information on European travel and reflects the opinion of thousands of tourists and travelers. ‘Quality Selection” Certificates are awarded to those hotels that have received the highest ratings from users of the online portal. Specifically, those facilities recognized are those that have received 5 and above for services offered by the hotel. The highest ratings is 6.
José Luque, CEO of Fuerte Hotels announced that he wanted to thank all those guests who took part and for having “confidence in the chain”. Luque invited customers to continue sharing their expeirences with other travelers on sites like HolidayCheck, “as it is a primary source of information for future Travelers who wish to visit”.
This award is just the latest recognition of the hotel group’s high rate of customer satisfaction. Earlier awards include the TripAdvisor 2013 award and the ‘Zoover Highly Recommended 2013‘ award, which recognize tourist establishments based on user ratings.
