Conil, 22/12/14. The Fuerte Conil – Costa Luz hotel has been given the TUI Holly award, the German tour operator’s way of recognising the 100 hotel establishments in the world with the highest ratings from its customers. It is one of the most prestigious awards in the international tourism sector, as the ranking is the result of satisfaction surveys gathered from more than half a million tourists.
As a new feature this year, the tour operator has included the TUI Top Quality 250 seal, which recognises the top 250 hotels preferred by their customers. This means that Fuerte Conil – Costa Luz has received a double recognition for its quality and high levels of guest satisfaction.
It is the eleventh time that Fuerte Conil – Costa Luz has been awarded the TUI Holly, decided on by TUI customers from among over 10,000 of the tour operator’s partner hotels. Guests have given positive feedback about room comfort and cleanliness, friendly service and the quality of food and facilities, as well as the location of the hotel and its environmental measures.
This prize, awarded by TUI since 1994, will be presented next year at a gala, the date of which is yet to be set. It is yet another of the prizes received by Fuerte Hoteles during this year, along with the TripAdvisor Certificates of Excellence, the prestigious HolidayCheck TopHotel 2014 award and the third national hospitality business CSR prize, awarded to Fuerte El Rompido by the Spanish Confederation of Hotels and Tourist Accommodation.
